Nick has worked primarily as a jazz guitarist at clubs and festivals with numerous well known Australian artists including Julie O’ Hara, Marinucci Trio, Sugarbeat, GoneBanda, Captain Marvellous, Toby Mak, Martin Breeze and Nina Ferro.
He has performed internationally as a band leader, soloist, and sideman in Hong Kong, Macau, China and Germany, and has conducted guitar and improvisation workshops in Thailand and Vietnam.
He has performed as a session guitarist on television shows such as ‘Ernie and Denise’, and Bert Newton’s ‘GMA’. He regularly composes original music for ‘Avatar’, ‘Marinucci Trio’, and ‘Gonebanda’, with whom he can be seen performing regularly around Melbourne.
GLENN CANNON
Glenn has performed as a session guitarist at clubs and festivals all over Australia and South East Asia, and has made numerous television appearances including Channel 7's Good Friday Appeal, Channel 9's Starstruck and Carols by Candlelight, and Channel 10's GMA.
As a member of television and corporate bands, Glenn has backed Vanessa Amorosi, Danni Minogue, Kate Ceberano, Ross Wilson, Rhonda Burchmore, and Wilbur Wilde, and has recently worked with John Foreman, Bob Sedergreen, David Jones, Darryn Farrugia, Tim Davies, Linda Cable, Nina Ferro, John St. Peeters, and Chinese pop stars Anthony Lun, Elisa Chan and Teresa Carpio. He has been a member of bands Adoration on the Gospel Train, Australian Shania Twain Show, Peter Sullivan Big Band, and the Beven Addinsal Group.
Glenn composes original music for ‘Avatar’, jazz/fusion group ‘Logic’, and his own fusion outfit, the ‘Glenn Cannon Band’, all of which have released albums.
